Vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea — and everything else you described. Slip clear, room temp liquids, 30 minutes after the last time you vomit. Then slowly progress onto eating bland foods such as oatmeal, bananas, toast, rice, broth, etc…. and once you keep these down – then move onto more solid foods. Rest your stomach, try and get some sleep, and tell mom or dad. You need to stay hydrated and if you cannot keep fluids down for more than a few hours – tell mom or dad. Dehydration is dangerous and is common when you don’t eat or drink following an episode of vomiting. Hope you feel better soon.
