What are the ten questions which a CEO is always expected to ask ones L&D Head?
These are just questions about company data. Nothing special.
It doesn’t matter how talented and hardworking you are – some things just take time. I think that every CEO should always be a diligent employee.
These pertain to the metrics that the CEO uses to evaluate the L&D function; these are the 10 answers which the L&D Head should alsways have on one’s fingertips. Whilst the exact questions may differ from industry-to-industry, even company-to-company (as they would depend upon the organisation’s vision and focus towards L&D), there undoubtedly a common spirit that will guid these questions. This question is open to all those who are expected to ask such questions, and those who are expected to respond to such questions… what I mean is that it has got nothing to do with the designation that you may be carrying, but the role that you perform. Once I have all the responses, I would filter them, get them validated again, and share them individually with you for your reference.
