The terms of the $250 CAC rebate on the replacement of an existing CAC system with an ENERGY STAR® qualified system are as follows: * Installation must occur between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. * This offer applies only to customers with existing CAC systems. * Claims for ENERGY STAR® qualified CAC system rebates must be postmarked no later than February 1, 2010.
