What are the the risks involved with storm chasing?
Our Storm Safari team exercises safety at all times. However, as with any hard adventure vacation, there are some risks involved. Storm Safari crewmembers are certified in the use of first aid, and each Storm Safari chase vehicle is equipped with its own first aid station which includes portable oxygen, and a portable defibrillator should the unthinkable occur. We also carry onboard (for diabetics only) complimentary MREs (meals ready to eat) should the chase time extend beyond normal meal hours.
