The person in a department responsible for reviewing the correctness, appropriateness, and accuracy of OPTRS adjustment transactions. A Reviewer must review PAN emails within 24 hours and prior to the pay calculation process. A Reviewer must notify the OPTRS preparer to take corrective action if the transaction is not appropriate.
