What are the three best things about working at GEICO?
The three best things about working for GEICO were…. First and foremost the atmosphere. GEICO created a fun atmosphere to work for by always holding competitions and contests with great rewards to all who participated. Secondly, the managers and supervisors were very skilled in what they were doing and always knew how to fix a problem. On top of that they made sure to train you on the issue so it wouldn’t happen again. I was never in the dark, per say, when it came to getting answers. Third, is the ability to advance. In the three years I was there, I took four pay increases, and moved to three different departments.
