What are the total teaching hours, can they be adjusted?

For postgraduate level, we can be flexible in the total number of hours. The 280 hours in total is more for a US high school to teach CCNA 1 to 4. In the QAP, it listed that for tertiary, the hours can be reduced to around 160 hours, assuming that the students will spend some of their additional hours to study and read the curriculum. In these 160 hours, there should be qualified instructors to guide the students, even in laboratories. In many cases, the academies will train up their technicians as LA instructors and to help out during lab sessions. In this way, the cost of lab sessions can be reduced. It is critical that when students have questions, we ensure there are qualified instructors to help them. Our mode of learning is more learner-oriented. We emphasize to facilitate the learning, not necessary “lecturing” students.
