What are the treatment options for continuation, step-down and aftercare?
Toward the end of your minimum required stay, your treatment team will make recommendations to meet your continued needs. This can include additional days in the partial program or outpatient care with Canopy Cove (for clients residing the local area) or an aftercare team in your home area. If you come to Canopy Cove from another therapist, we will work with that therapist to create an aftercare plan that follows the treatment you received while at Canopy Cove. If you do not have a treatment team, we will work to put a team in place before you leave.
