What are the working hours BANKS AND POST OFFICES ?

Normal banking hours in the financial district and other areas excepting malls is between 9:AM and 3PM. However there are banks located and operating in Malls that have special license to operate until 6PM. Banco de Oro in SM Malls for one, operates even on weekends.
