A good example of circular logical fallacy is this statement: “Girls have smaller brains because they are less intelligent.” Whether or not this statement is true is not the issue, it’s the fact that the two parts of the argument could be switched and it wouldn’t change the meaning at all. ”Girls are less intelligent because they have smaller brains.” The reasoning is circular and fallacious. Um…”You can’t give me a C. I’m an A student!” that could be reversed and it wouldn’t mean anything more. “I’m the best hunter the town has ever had because I’m the best hunter in our history.” These statements are premised on grounds that cannot be accepted as true, because the statements are made of two premises that are in dispute to begin with. That’s where the problem is.
