Nick Valenti: It is a lease with Lincoln Center and it is something what we have developed with them jointly. I have worked on putting this together with Reynold Levy, the president of Lincoln Center. The restaurant is going to open in the fall of 2010, but we will probably announce the chef this year. We do not have the person identified yet. Restaurant Insider: Are you looking at chefs across the country? Nick Valenti: We are looking in Europe as well as here.
