What benefits can a client expect from an EBPP program?
Most small and medium size companies can expect to achieve a reduction in the cost to distribute their invoices, the cost to collect payments, an increase in cash flow and a reduction in customer service expenses, while at the same time improving quality of service. Does a prospective client have to qualify to sign up with EBPS? In order for a prospective client to qualify, they must be issuing a minimum of 500 invoices per month. There is no minimum sales amount that a client must achieve as all pricing is based on the number of invoices issued. It does not matter if the average invoice amount is $100 or $1,000 since the cost of distributing an invoice is the same in both cases. The only difference to the prospective client is with credit card invoices where the merchant discount varies with the size of the bill.
