• For the first release, substance abuse providers who currently use BHIPS to create claims will have billing capability for substance abuse services. DSHS is still developing that process as it relates to CMBHS and ValueOptions. Claims will not be generated for substance abuse providers contracting with ValueOptions in Release 1. It is anticipated that future releases will have expanded billing functionality.
