What boroughs consists of vancouver city?
Vancouver doesn’t have boroughs. What you named in the first paragraph are all neighbourhoods within the city of Vancouver proper. Your mailing address in any of those places would consist of your street address and Vancouver, BC. Some of the other places you mention are separate communities, some not very close to Vancouver at all, some right next door so that you’d hardly know you had passed from Vancouver to Burnaby, from Burnaby to New Westminster. I looked up “Vancouver neighbourhoods” and found a site with a pretty good map, called blocktalk.ca, and you might also look at the mls.ca site, which shows houses for sale but also has some neighbourhood names on it and can give you an overview of the entire Lower Mainland, which is where Vancouver and its surrounding communities are. It also shows some local landmarks such as Jericho Beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, if you zoom in enough. And of course, you can always ask here and someone should be able to tell you where a neighbourhood
