This is not a tablet driver issue. If the tablet driver is in your add/remove programs, that is good, and does not have an effect on the connection. When you insert the cable on top of the CyberPad , you must hear a click sound to assure that it is plugged in correctly. Do not pay attention to the green blinking light on the CyberPad when trying to connect. It will flash when there is contact made , but that does not mean there is a solid connection. Finally, you should receive a removable disk drive in My computer once you are connected. P
