What breeds of dog are good attack dogs?
I can’t recommend an attack dog for anyone, that’s just cruel for the poor person it attacks by mistake. There are incredibly loyal breeds that will bark or growl and have a reputation as a scary breed that can make someone back off. No one wants to have to fight a big dog. Maybe try: German Shepard Lab Rottweiler Pit Bull Those are just a few breeds that all have dogs that can have great family dog personalities while still having the presence to be protective. You don’t want a dog that’s trained to attack in the house as a pet, it’s a hard double life.
I would suggest German Sheperds, but they are one man dogs. Personally, I love Pitbulls and I think they are extremely loyal and protective, but not everyone shares those feelings. So, I’m thinking more of labs. My yellow lab just passed away a day ago, but she was a sweet, good natured dog with patience and love to to spare, but that knew right away when something was wrong. She was loyal and protective, and only barks when someone strayed onto my front yard, her bark scarier then her bite, but shook off anyone who dared to come by. She’d protected me since I was very little, and all the labs I’ve had and known are like this. When I was seven, I was taking her for a walk around the park when my dog suddenly didn’t want to take the normal route through the forest, instead go around the church.
