You can a small amount of mayo or yogurt. Lemon/lime juice together with olive oil will add moisture as well. It all depends on the taste you are looking for.

Squeeze in the juice of half a lime – lime and tuna are a perfect match and it is enough to moisten it. If it is still dry some finely chopped sweet tomatoes will help. Before you make your tuna pasta salad make sure you you squeeze all the liquid from the tuna. To make it tastier and healthy – add fresh chopped corriander, chopped flat leaf parsley, a touch of ground cumin, the juice of half a lime and some finely chopped red chilli pepper (without the seeds) – it gives the pasta a bit of Thai taste. If you eat if cold try it with some warmed flat bread.

When I do tuna pasta salad I add green pesto sauce to it.

A little olive oil mixed with lemon juice, but just enough to moisten. I sometimes use mayo, but just enough to bind it together, usually a tablespoon is enough.
