Starting off this morning in the Chat room is Dr. Joseph Frascella, who heads the division of NIDA that deals with clinical neuroscience, human development, and behavioral treatment for drug abuse and addiction. He is also very active in issues related to minorities and other special populations. When not at work, he enjoys playing and studying the guitar, repairing guitars and other musical instruments, as well as drawing, painting, sculpting, and making a difference in the lives of his two young children.
