Follow these steps to customise your order: When you return your payment, indicate when you would like to receive your next delivery on the front of your payment slip. Then make a change to the size that you would like to receive in your next delivery on the back of the payment slip. Enclose the bottom portion of your payment slip with your payment, and return it in the reply envelope provided.
