What can I do if I think MyMathLab mis-marked a question on my quiz?
After the due date/time, review the test and correct answers in MML. If you find a question marked wrong where the intent of your answer is clearly correct and you merely mis-formatted it in a way that MML did not recognize, then request a review of your quiz per steps 1-3 below. I would be glad to review it for you and determine if credit should be awarded at my discretion. To be considered your request for review must be submitted within one week of the due date of the quiz. • Email me from your Clark Student Gmail account (ONLY!) • Use a descriptive subject line. • In the body of the message include the quiz number, attempt number (if needed), question number, and the reason you believe you deserve the credit.
