When a customer has both ManneQuinPRO Version 7 and Version 8-10 on the same PC, uninstalling Version 8-10 removes the Crypkey NT service and ManneQuinPRO Version 7 does not open anymore. Solution: Reinstall the NT Crypkey service by double clicking on setup.exe found in the directory C:\Program Files\NexGen Ergonomics\ManneQuin Pro 7. Note: The ManneQuinPRO Version 7 license file is still valid and will be available as soon as the NT Crypkey service is reinstalled.
