On execution of the transaction by the customer, the account is debited online and the instruction is forwarded to the RTGS application online by the Net-Banking application. The same is routed to the RBI gateway for further processing. You will be able to transfers funds to the following: i. Payments to a New Payee: You can transfer funds to a new payee/ adhoc payee the customer is required to enter all details of the beneficiary and execute the same. The customer has the option to save the beneficiary as a registered payee for future payments. ii. Payments to a Registered Payee: This is to transfer funds to an existing registered RTGS payee.
