What can I do to physically prepare myself for Air Force BMT? What exercises do they do?
Very simple! Run, sit ups, and push ups. You can google the requirements for your age range. Those will be the exercises you will have to pass in your PT test. But be ready to do a lot of flutter kicks. Very good for your stomach! Don’t worry about pull ups. There is no requirement for that.
