Materials required in addition to General Leatherworking: Worn Dragonscale, Green Dragonscale, Blue Dragonscale, Black Dragonscale, Red Dragonscale, Brilliant Chromatic Scale Colored Dragonscales can be skinned from the appropriate color 51+ Dragonkin at a rate of ~25%. Whelps and Broodlings have a much lower rate. Chromatic Dragonkin have a chance to give any color scale, or Chromatic Scales. Worn Dragonscales have ~10% chance to be skinned from any 41+ Dragonkin.
