Skillet Lasagna Brown the hamburger. Add some chopped onions while the hamburger is cooking, if you like. Boil water for pasta (anything you have – macaroni is fine). Cook the pasta according to the box. When the hamburger is done, dump in a jar of spaghetti sauce. Drain the cooked pasta and add that to the hamburger. Stir in a small carton of cottage cheese and some shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle more shredded mozzarella over the top and put the lid on for a few minutes until it melts. Tasty, easy, and ready in less than 30 minutes.

Taco dip is great AND easy! 1. Cut up an onion (if you have one; if not, skip it). 2. Brown the hamburger meat. 3. Add in a cup or so of salsa. 4. Add in a half a block of velvetta or any easy-to-melt cheese. 5. Heat slowly until dip is bubbly. 6. Serve with tortilla chips or tortillas or even crackers, if you’re desperate!
