What can jumping jacks/jump rope do for fitness?
Jumping jacks and jumping rope are mainly a type of cardiovascular fitness but they also strengthen your calves/legs because of the jumping motion. I’d recommend jump rope over jumping jacks because it will help more with your balance, coordination and timing more than jumping jacks, and you can also gauge how hard your working by how fast your skipping rope. You also will increase your foot speed and reaction time by jumping rope. If you use it intensely then the jump rope is a great form of working out. Go fast for 30 seconds then slow for 30 seconds and keep repeating and you’ll be sweating and feeling the effects in no time.
