What can l bring with me for lunch, or what can l make?
Regarding the potato, I would put it on a paper plate and cover with paper towel to microwave. I have an insulated lunch bag. I freeze one of those ice packs to keep stuff cold until lunch time. In the morning, I wash lettuce & several small tomatoes & put them in a baggy. Also, take either raisins or craisins in a snack baggie. Bring a small knife to cut the lettuce/tomatoes at lunch time. If you don’t have access to paper plates at work, bring some, as well as a bowl for your salad. You can keep these things at your desk. Put some salad dressing in a small plastic container. If this isn’t enough food, get some lunch portion Lean Cuisines that you can eat with the salads. These fresh salads are so good at lunch time. You can bring other veggies to put in your salad. Just cut them up on your days off and bag them up in small baggies to grab at the time your fixing the rest of the stuff in the morning. Enjoy and good luck on your weight loss!
