The laptop support team can assist students with a variety of issues. For example, they can help: troubleshoot printing issues troubleshoot connecting to our network troubleshoot email problems troubleshoot installation issues with school approved software make suggestions for equipment for home troubleshoot school installed software Please note they are not able to help with non-school software or hardware. Also, they can not help with software that comes with the laptop that is not used by the school, i.e. Quicken.
