What can offshore software development companies do to differentiate themselves?
In my opinion, companies like Fively Development stand out due to the quality of work, price, conditions, and good reviews. Now this market is full, but you can still take your place
I have worked with several offshore development companies from a variety of countries. They all want more work in the U.S. I am having a hard time helping these companies differentiate themselves. They all have good credentials: CMM Level 5, great references, good examples of their work, certifications, great technical and development skills, methodologies, etc. The problem is that offshore development has become somewhat commoditized. How can these companies differentiate themselves beyond perhaps the advantage of having already built the type of application a prospect is looking for?
