What can the cause be for short period?

0

Many things could influence your period… including stress first and foremost. If your ovulation was delayed (due to stress, medication, or really just about anything) then your uterine lining won’t build up as usual and you will have a lighter period. It’s happened to me for the past three months or so and it turns out (from charting) that for me the cause is a shorter luteal phase (like 10 days as opposed to 14), so I’m just not building up as much lining as I used to. Not sure why this changed or what caused it, but that’s what happened with me. Sorry I couldn’t give you a better answer, but there are just so many things that could cause this. Good luck to you though and lots of baby dust.
