I use a product called Lime-Away to remove hard water stains from everything in my bathroom. It is mostly phosphoric acid, which is also found in Coca-Cola. Since you don’t have build-up already, you would not need to use this more than just a quick wipe once a week. However, be advised that it’s kinda stinky.
