What CANNOT affect an RMS card?
When the RMS is played (i.e. the bubble is up) you cannot affect any portion of the RMS card. You cannot remove, ignore or change the text, Damage Value or Fortitude Value on an RMS card. You cannot make it irreversible by using another card’s effect. Superstar abilities cannot affect an RMS card: Benoit’s +D ability is voided for that card, though the next card will get the proper damage bonus (if he played 2 maneuvers and the RMS card was the 3rd, it does not get the +3, but his next maneuver that turn would). Mankind cannot reduce the damage of an RMS card. You cannot affect a player’s ability to reverse an RMS card in any way except what is stated on the RMS card itself. The player has a normal base chance to reverse such a card with an applicable reversal. So you can’t plunge his Fortitude by giving his Reversals a +F modifier.
