I have Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder and OCD. Just like you, I also didn’t have a sufficient childhood. I was sexually abused a few times as a child and also, both my parents physically abused me. You’re not crazy. The trauma and unfortunate events from your childhood is a likable factor towards the way you are now. You’re definitely not crazy. Please keep seeing your psychologist or psychiatrist and work through therapy. Keep yourself amongst good support (i.e. friends and family).
