It is most likely when you have compressed one of the nerves in your arm under ur own weight by placing it at same place for a long time.

You don’t need to worry just do a little movement of your arm and it will be fine

Dont worry… I have same problem too….. There are only 2 reasons , ist is due to lack of red blood cells or iron or you are weak , second is when you lay too long on your arm , because in this , your nerves is compressed and blood flow can be too slow.
