What causes my arms to fall asleep at night?
Sleeping on your arms could be the reason. I have trouble sometimes sleeping, and fall asleep on my arms, causing pain or my arms to fall asleep. It stops the blood flow through your arms, so I suggest a different position in sleeping. Try to sleep in many ways possible and see what makes you the most comfortable and try moving your arms in a more comfortable position that it doesn’t feel so awkward.
I believe the reason being that you probably sleep on your arms; meaning, you might lie your head on your arms and that limits the blood circulation causing you to wake up with your arms sleeping or with marks on them. I suggest trying to change your position until you feel comfortable in one and continue sleeping in that position for a constant number of days which might divert you from having your arms sleeping in the morning.
