It depend on the position you sleep. Try not to sleep on same position for long hours. One side position for longer duration make the blood circulation get slow due to one side press.

Sleeping on one side position for longer may result this, Before going on bed stretch your both hand it brings the body into relax mode.

This is likely due to the position of your arm. Depending on what position it is in, it can restrict blood flow to your arm which causes that tingly “asleep” feeling.

It is most likely when you have compressed one of the nerves in your arm under ur own weight by placing it at same place for a long time.

You don’t need to worry just do a little movement of your arm and it will be fine

main reason full time worked and then full body can not work properly and full day only focus on work and can walk a few mints and one place sit and not move to one place to other place and full body stuck one place
