What causes rosacea to get worse?
Certain foods and conditions can trigger rosacea to worsen, such as temperature extremes (hot or cold), hot liquids, spicy foods, alcohol, sunlight or stress. However, triggers are unique for different people. What causes a flare-up in one person may not be your personal trigger.
