If this occurs in all books it is possibly a corruption in either the dictionary or program files. Also Check that the PC Date is set correctly, in some instances this can cause this problem.To rectify: If you do not receive floppy disk updates Manually copy *.EXE, *.DLL and DICT.* from the \BOS directory on latest CD. Turn off and reboot machine If you do receive floppy disk updates Manually copy *.EXE, *.DLL from the \BOS directory on latest CD Run the latest weekly floppy disk update again. Turn off and reboot machine. If this occurs only in a particular book and the book is installed to hard disk, then this book may have become corrupt. To rectify: Manually copy over from the latest CD to the corresponding book directory on disk. Note: Please ensure that you remove the Read-Only attribute from any files which have been manually copied from the CD.
