LOTS of Science.  Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology and Algebra are all good classes to take in High School.  Most College Level Nursing Programs require you to have certain Pre-requisites completed before allowing you to enter the Nursing Program.  Some High Schools offer Classes that will apply towards college credits.  Talk to your School Guidance Department To find out if your High School has advanced classes that offer college credits.

Definitely advanced biology and chemistry classes. Also classes in Anatomy, Nutrition, and Health would benefit you.
