Soccer or Rugby cleats are available at Extreme Soccer. The choice of low top or mid top is personal. If you think you are going to be a forward (bigger heavier players) then I would get cleats with replaceable studs/cleats. Then longer studs/cleats can be used in the winter when the ground is muddy and grip is needed for scrums. Plastic cleats can then also be replaced and used for Woodcreek.
