What clinical observations substantiate the hypothesis that the immune system as it is known today has no absolute role in the defense against tumor formation?

The theory of Dr. Gyula Kulcsár cancer researcher originated from the recognized scientific fact that the incidence of tumors did not show a significant increase when the operation of the immune system had been restricted (immunosuppression) or collapsed completely (e.g.: AIDS). It is also common knowledge that most of the tumors are not immunogenic. Accepting these facts and knowing that cancer cells are constantly produced in every one of us, one must assume the existence of an anti-tumor defense mechanism that operates independently of the immune system and is – as it must exert its effects on any point of the human body – a kind of ‘surveillance’ system with overall effectiveness. Logically, the active agents of such a system must be located in the circulatory system.
