What color eyeliner could make my dark brown eyes seem like a lighter color?
Try using a small amount of black eyeliner and dark purple or gray eye shadow, preferably just the eyeliner. Also, remember not to use too much eyeliner or it will only make you look trashy and naive. P.S.-You could also learn to accept your eye-color and realize that you’re beautiful in your own unique way, or you could try cosmetic colored contacts in lieu of/along with the eyeliner.
