What consulting rates does PVI charge for its consultants?
Typically, our senior consultants perform the bulk of the work. Senior public sector consultants with advanced degrees and nearly thirty years experience like ours often command over $1,000 per day. Standup presenters can command significantly more than $1,000 per day in some situations. In a typical engagement Performance Vistas leaders work alongside and train administrators at the cabinet-secretary and deputy-levels. Our normal daily rates are substantially lower than the rates these same consultants command in the private sector. In most engagements the rate PVI charges is $60 per hour, a rate PVI has not changed since it was established in 1998. We use that rate for all our senior personnel, including a PhD who served as the cabinet level administrator in the Florida human services department and a former prosecutor who is a former Director of the American Prosecutors Research Institute.
