What could cause blurry and foggy vision?

Well it could be a few different things. 1.) See a neurologist and have and MRI done to see if you have any lesions on your brain or spinal cord. If you do this would confirm you having MS or LUPUS -Autoimmune diseases that most people get between 30-40yrs old. If you have one of these email me and I can send you a concise list of practical, low cost things you can do that can help, but there is NO cure. 2.) See Ophthalmologist to see if you have cataracts or other eye disease. You may want to ask your doctor to run a hemoglobin test to see if you are anemic which could be causing your fatigue. Normal is 12-14, if it is low take folic acid with iron and do NOT take it with calcium as this will bind to the iron and your body will NOT be able to use it. Protein is also something that can reduce fatigue. Truthfully, it is the blurry vision that concerns me… see a neurologist and an eye doctor!! All the stress is not good for your immune system.
