I have used Gold Mine, Access, and On Contact. Out of all of those I have to say that I like On Contact the best. Gold Mine is nice as well though. I would stay as far away from Access as possible! Depending on your needs, you may also want to look at the MSOffice version… I took a tour of it a year ago or so and was impressed.
