What data is required to order additional or replacement valve slices for type CPV/CPA valve terminals?

Every valve slice has a part number. This is normally a 6-digit number. This number is sufficient. If you know the valve terminal, you can just use the code letter, e.g. M for 5/2-way mono.

Where can I find additional information on MASTDATA, MASTGROUPS, data type, file formats, finding correct data file, finding corresponding Excel columns, etc.?
