What data must be reported for the DSC Stroke: 4- Thrombolytic Therapy Administered?
A. A single rate is reported for all patients with acute ischemic stroke whose time of arrival to the hospital ED is within 2 hours (120 min) of time last known well. Thrombolytic therapy should be administered to these patients within 3 hours (180 min) of time last known well, unless the patient is excluded from the measure population or a contraindication to therapy is documented in the medical record.
