What did the Jehovahs witness ?
Even though there are very few Jehovah’s Witnesses still alive who were around in 1914, they would have you believe that they witnessed the second coming, or presence, of Christ Jesus. However, it was invisible and they only realised it with hindsight. Apparently, they were the only people on earth to understand what was going on in heaven in 1914 and then, after 1919, they claimed that Jesus had examined all the denominations in Christendom and Jehovah’s Witnesses had been selected to be God’s sole channel of communication. I’m not sure if witnessing an invisible event counts, but they explain it by saying they “saw” with spiritual eyes of discernment.
