We have seen an increase in digital media roles over the last year, particularly in web producer positions. Organisations are taking the Internet more seriously as a way to improve customer engagement. One of the main responsibilities of a web producer role we recently filled was to ensure that, as new products were launched, the online component of the business was immediately up to date.
