What do British people think of their healthcare system?
Well I think that our health service could be improved but compare that to other countries and we are very lucky. I have seen Sicko with Michael Moore and yes ok he may over exaggerate the things he feels strongly about but there are some good points in the film. Where American citizens cannot get health care but the inmates at Guantanamo bay get the best care available all free. That is probably why we have so many people wanting to get into the UK.
